Called to schedule an appointment (ext2) and the lady I spoke to was so rude. I'm transferring from a different state and asked her if I need to make a separate appointment to transfer everything and she kept cutting me off and telling me my nurse will call me. I never got my question answered and I calmly told her I understand she is trying to transfer me but I would like to know if I needed to make a separate appointment or what I needed to bring if anything. She made a smacking noise and hung up on me! I called again and was hung up on for the second time! They really need to monitor how they speak to people! I'm very disappointed on how the situation was handled and suggest they pass out stress balls before the workers piss off an already agitated veteran.
