I really like this Big Y, but the customer service...

I really like this Big Y, but the customer service has gone way down. Cashier Kathy is always unfriendly, never saying a word throughout the entire transaction. We all have off days, but it's not just once. It's every time. And people wonder why we opt to go to places that offer self checkout.
