They're all nice and accomodating when you go shop...

They're all nice and accomodating when you go shop for vehicles. Once you got the vehicle, you're on your own. They won't lift a finger to help you especially if the vehicle you took is not a Buick or a GMC. Service Department team did not even check if my wheel alignment was covered with the Total Plus Warranty I had. She just said ask your Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is another one who doesn't know anything. I was so pissed I just took my Lancer to Mitsubishi across the road and paid the $140.00 service fee. I emailed the Finance Manager to cancel my Total Plus, did not geta reply. On my way to work (That was Monday) I stopped by her office to ask her about my email. She said she received it and will give an answer on Wednesday. I told her there's a form to sign if I want to cancel the warranty. She said she doesn't have the form or has no idea there's a form. Came Wednesday, did I hear from her, NO! I dropped by her office again. She told me she's busy and all. I just said give me the form and I will not show my face again in your office. She doesn't know what form I'm talking. She doesn't even know why I got the warranty from GMC when she put me on First Canadian warranty. Duh? I did not do the paperworks, she did! It's a GMC warranty. I called that toll free number at the back of the warranty card. A guy answered and I let him talk to the Finance Manager. The guy faxed the Warranty Cancellation Form. I told the Finance Manager, "see there's a form." I asked her to sign her part and I will mail it myself. I don't wanna deal with them anymore because it's a waste of my time. Customer service people are rude too when they answer the phone. I don't wanna write a review about all that happened, but with what happened to the 2012 Acura of my sister, the back and forth conversation between my husband, the guy, and my sister pushed me to write one. Before the Acura was brought to the Service Centre because of emission problem, my husband said that it's half-half for the expenses. Bill came out, $437.00, my sister paid the whole amount to Acura Service Centre because Capital GMC said it's the fault of my sister for putting a regular gas instead of premium gas. Upon knowing what happened I went to see the manager and the salesman and the manager said "he did not say it's half-half. He had no idea of what's happening. He wants to know who said half-half." The manager explained again about the premium gas, HE COULD HAVE SAID THAT ON THE DAY MY SISTER GOT THE 2012 ACURA. For a first time buyer who doesn't have any idea about vehicles, they could have said that just FYI. All they care about is to sell vehicles. After signing all the paperworks, that's it! Bye!
