We had a great week at the hotel, at the beginning...

We had a great week at the hotel, at the beginning of September, a good room on the 19th floor. We then traveled to Niagara and Washington, came back and were assigned a lower category room with a cigarette environment. Very kindly at the reception they answered our request and moved us to another room on the 18th floor.
We would return, together with my husband, as the hotel is well located, good Wifi service, comfortable, hygienic rooms and good services. And they also have something very special: the timely attention and human warmth of all employees to make you feel at home and make our holidays the happiest.
