William Harrell was awesome! He was incredibly
knowledgeable and took his time when explaining things to me. He went over the most important things with me and answered all of my questions. Luckily his background is in roofing so he actually went up on the roof-which we ended up finding out that the seller had not repaired properly. I would highly recommend William. Wish his home base was in Charlotte!
