Terrible customer service, after several years of buying from them, they sent me a product without accessories, that is, incomplete. I sent them evidence and instead of acknowledging it, they just played dumb for more than 3 months.

They never gave me what was missing.

I will not buy from them again.

Attention who reads this, this business is only interested in selling to sell, when they must respond to the customer, they DO NOT do so.
