I would like to start by saying I was not in the market for a BMW nonetheless I had been searching the internet for a semi used vehicle and came across a listing for one at BMW Toronto so decided to check it out. Upon walking in I was welcomed by all members of the staff and tended to right away. I was sent to the 3rd floor used car department once I got to the 3rd floor I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Jamie Wagdin and explained to him the car they had listed on the net that I was interested in looking at. Jamie was extremely accommodating not to mention it was a few minutes to close. Jamie offered a test drive explained everything I needed to know regarding the car, price, payments, and especially what BMW is all about. Within ten minutes of talking to Jamie I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend. He understood what I was looking for and what I wanted out of my next vehicle. Important to still know that I was not looking to buy a BMW. Jamie never pressured me, listened to what I was saying and connected with me, something I have never experienced when buying a car. From then on the entire process unfolded so naturally and easily and after driving the vehicle was super ecstatic to purchase. BMW Toronto to me is a dealership above the rest and salesman like Jamie and the entire staff really go above and beyond. No hidden fees, detailed the vehicle, it looked like it came of the showroom floor. And a full tank of gas when I picked it up! I want to thank Jamie for making what I thought was going to be an undesirable experience into an amazing and very easy experience. It made me feel like a made new friends with the entire staff. Thanx Jamie & BMW Toronto you are a top notch dealership and now I know why, will definitely be back.
