Mine was just an ER visit. I had minimal wait time. Was taken back quickly and attended to immediately. Everything was explained to me so that I could make informed decisions. Nurse was extra kind reassuring me, I think his name might have been Kevin. Anyway, it was a positive experience at a negative time! Thanks!
