They only administratively deal with SNAP and OHP renewals, change reports. They don't serve senior and disabled people. No one does in Oregon. Good luck. Spoke with a woman on the phone today...she was awful. They don't care about you and make no bones about this.

I came in on 2018 and a girl helped me but I never got a card or correspondence with her name on it. I saw that SNAP must be helped after a certain age from DHS on Chad Drive to DHS downtown. The letters sent to me says ET and a number. Is that her? him? How cryptic is this? Prior to that, at Chad Drive, I always knew who that person was.
Very helpful staff and very reliable on making sure my needs are met.
I walked in, had to wait about 10 minutes, and my problem taken care of 20 minutes later by an extraordinarily helpful young man named Andrew. Kudos to him.

Why do I have to go to senior and disabled services for my food card, when I don't eat any different than anyone else.
But, when it comes to housing I have to go to homes for good which is the same place that every able bodied person goes for housing; when I need a very specific living situation!

Senior and Disabled, I Believe that You are Aware that it is Unfortunate Situation that We All Find Ourselves In With This Covid-19 Pandemic Era, Which is Very Difficult For All of Us That Are Required to Be Able to Successfully Get Ahold of Our Fantastic Case Workers,Whenever We Have Been A Issues That We are Needing Assistance With, But We Then Have to Realize That My Case Worker is Not In Today and I Have To Admit that You are Trying So Very Hard to Work With Someone Else That They Are Trying Hard, but Again They Do Not Ever Know You As Well As Your Regular Case Worker and That Is What Absolutely Is Wrong, But I Definitely Try But Again Sometimes it Feels Like it Makes Things Much Worse, But I Definitely Want You All to Know How Nice You All Are, But Again You Are Not My Normal Case Worker and I Find that To Be Very Tough On Me, Please Don't Feel that I Am Not Putting You All Down, but I Do Want You All to Know that You are Not Able to Successfully Succeed in Helping Me With My Issues, Because You Have Not Known Me As Long As My Normal Case Worker, but Again I Wanted You to Know that I Am Very Much Concerned About This Situation, but I Again Would Like to Say Thank You for Doing A Wonderful Job, But Again You are Not Able to Successfully Succeed in Helping Me With My Issues, Again I Would Really Appreciate You All,But Again Please Let Me Know How Much This Covid-19 Pandemic Era Really Hurts Me and Please Try to Understand that it is Unfortunate Situation That I Find Myself In, So Could You Please Call Me Holberto Alverez, Thank You Again, Best Regards, David Collier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
