The technician just left my home having tuned up our furnace in preparation for winter. Nothing outstanding about that, but it reminded me that I had never posted any feedback about an experience I had with Pyramid earlier this summer. Our A/C unit failed on a Friday evening. I went on-line and placed a service order. Seeing a 24-hour emergency service phone number, I called and was encouraged by the young lady on the other end letting me know that she would connect my service request with a technician who would be able to get to me the next day. By 9:00 AM on Saturday, I had a phone call from the tech and by 10:30 he was pulling into my driveway. You simply can't ask for better service than that!
