2 years ago they installed our furnace and The service and quality was excellent, but the true test comes when something needs repair quickly.

Our air conditioning unit was initially installed by another company. Turns out, it was installed improperly and was working at half capacity!

We had an inspection for our home sale and a puddle was found below our main vent in the crawl space.
We had no idea what was causing this.
Despite how busy it is this time of year for AC issues, and the difficult diagnosis of the problem and locating the proper parts, Pyramid stepped up, and got the parts and squeezed us in on the only day available before our home closing!

Victor and his partner Randy were outstanding! They were on time, professional, courteous and explained everything to us! They did their due diligence and I felt so confident in the result.

I would use this company for all heating and cooling needs in the future!
Plus I love working with the customer care team Deanna and Jennifer; both are great communicators!!!
