this was my first experience with a dealership. it was extremely positive from beginning to end. you hear all these horror stories about dealerships trying to sell you unnecessary services/products. I didn't experience that here. I called ahead of time to see how much it would cost and Michael was nice enough to do it for free since it would only take him a minute or two to see what it was. I went into the dealership the next day and was greeted by one of their salemen. Jorge tried to tell me I had to replace my bumper and that Michael couldn't do anything for me. That was the only negative part of my experience. Well, I called Michael back and he came to get me (I had parked in the wrong park of the dealership) he took it to he back and figured out what was wrong with my car and fixed up my bumper while he was at it. I'm really happy with this experience and highly recommend any Mazda owner who needs their car serviced to come here and ask for Michael. I'll definitely be back if I ever need it. Thank you!
