I was hospitalized last year for a week and the insurance coverage was just great, no issues in terms of payment of bills, coinsurance and out of pocket. In fact, I signed up for the same policy for this year even with a premium increase. I even called customer service while I was in the hospital and got the info on the first attempt. From a business standpoint, medical coverage is 95% of the game, customer service 5%. So i dont understand the low ratings based on bad customer service. Read the coverage manual or go online. Money talks, BS walks.
