I pay a monthly monthly fee for an annual furnace and ac check up. Scheduled for between 10-12 today
No one showed up....office seemed confused about who was coming and couldn't contact their service technician.....or tell me how mich longer I would have to wait. I took off work from 9:30 to 1:00....so I couldn't wait intil 2:00, 3:00 or 4:00 oclock. These are the people who advertise "love those guys"??????
