I have been a customer of the Peterborough Recreation Department for several years now, and I must say that their services are simply average. While they provide a decent range of activities and programs, there is nothing exceptional about them. The staff is friendly enough, but sometimes their communication can be lacking. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
