From out of town and went to bowl with my girlfriend and her brother. This alley came highly recommended. Walked in the front door by the bar at 9:45 and was impressed by the lane. Went over to the counter and put our names on the wait list. Went to the bar to grab a beverage and was told we needed stamps to verify age. Went to the counter where we were met by a bouncer who was packing a lip. He checked my girlfriend s ID and then mine. He then aggressively questioned why one was bendable and one was credit card like. We answered and he proceeded to ask for her brother s who is underage. We told him right away we are here to bowl, he s not looking to drink. We were then greeted with an attitude and were told we could not be here because the alley is a bar and there is wait staff all around .... my girlfriend re-confirmed that he was not drinking. He then repeated we could not be here because he is underage... we said we were just here to bowl. He then said how did you even get in? As if we snuck in, there are multiple entrances. If everyone in at the alley needs to be 21, then what the heck is stamp for. The bouncer was incredibly rude and the front desk people, who we already dealt with did nothing to interject. Brutal alley, brutal bouncers. Will highly recommend you bowl somewhere else that doesn t put drinking over the recreation of bowling which I m pretty sure is how they advertise. Le Sigh. Ps. I only created this google account to write this review, that s how strongly I feel.
