I am disappointed. I was told this would be the place to stay. And while it is conveniently located and the staff is great, the room was a let down. Also one service that would be appreciated is of breakfast at least as room service. This review does not allow for video, but the shower head and water spout are loose.

The room experience was awful. I live out hotels for my work, (more than half a year) and have stayed in motels that looked better than a place like this with such prestige. Motel 6 in Casper WY was better. I felt cheated of the expectations built up on their website.
