Expensive for a poor Starwood experience. Place needs a complete overhaul.

**TV cut out intermittently (so I missed ~10 minutes of the big Golden State game 1 of the NBA finals waiting for it to reconnect). When it did work, it was laggy/slow and it wasn't a programming guide (just a channel list)
**Loud slamming (doors?) directly below my room 306 -- strong enough room would shake.
**Airplane noise: place might have been soundproof at some point, but not anymore. There was a takeoff right overhead about every 90 seconds until about 11pm
**Broken computer at check-in. Agent apologized and asked me to move to another station, where she completed transaction
**Thin worn towels
**Could hear loud noises from the bathroom pipes -- even with my bathroom door closed, I was still disturbed by pipe noise from other guests' usage.
