Being wholly unfamiliar with telescoping flag poles, I initially had some misunderstandings of many of their aspects. The staff at Veterans Flag Depot remained extremely polite and continued to work with me. Their treatment of me should be a primer for those wanting to understand what good customer service is all about.
The flagpole and light? First rate and easily installed following very clear instructions.
