We are the owners of the unit Mia Fernandez is referring too. Everything they have written is a lie and are false accusations against my realtor Samantha Glist. Samantha works for us directly for all our properties and our partners properties and she takes direct orders from us. She is a wonderful realtor and has been working for us for several years. She is very professional and thorough with her work, on the contrary, she helped them on several occasions and saved them from an eviction when they were 2 months behind on rent. These tenants Michael Rodriguez and Mia Fernandez were late 6 out of the 12 months they lived in our unit. We even took one month of their security deposit to help them pay one of the months. We highly recommend Samantha Glist for any of your Real Estate needs.
