Mike Johnson s Toyota made my car buying experience smooth, easy and painless. From the moment I showed interest online I received a personalized video text from Danielle. Over the next few days she stayed in touch with me and answered any questions I had. Upon arrival to the dealership she had the car I wanted to test drive washed, fueled up and had put in a fresh battery. She was very friendly and personable throughout the drive. After the drive she had to tend to other business but I was further helped by Alli. She was extremely sweet and helped with any questions I had, and I had plenty! Once Alli helped me seal the deal on my new Camry Nick in finance helped get all of my paperwork together. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me feel reassured with the whole process and got it taken care of quickly. Once that was finished my car was ready!
