Drove through tollway entrance completely on accident because of highly confusing toll signs you can t believe they get away with: There are toll road signs on the roads that GO NEAR toll roads and the EXACT SAME type of signs for ACTUAL toll roads. I got off immediately and called NTTA asking for them to cancel the accidental charge in these clearly extenuating circumstances. They completely declined to waive the charge caused by their very confusing signs.

In addition to the above, you won't believe this: NTTA phone service admitted to me that 1. Cars that are being towed by tow trucks on toll roads and 2. Cars that are officially directed onto toll roads by police when roads are closed STILL have to pay tolls. This is totally wrong, and needs to change right now.

NTTA takes advantage of innocent drivers and Texans need to band together to make sure they are held accountable!
