I live at the Reston Glade apartments and just wanted to show my appreciation for their leasing office employee, Noura. She has made my experience with our apartment complex very pleasant. She is always there to help whenever I need. She is always kind, respectful, and always patient when hearing me out. I just think she deserves an A+ for everything related to customer service.
