Terrible experience for expensive price

Terrible experience for expensive price
1. Air conditional cant turn off....so cool.
2. My room service come to clean my room and tell me " I will not vacumm because you work on computor...... really?
3. The internet very slowww how can be too slow like this. We call to correct problem... 2 night already, still slow.
4. No water in room. Ok they said " 7-11 close by the hotel just walk about 15 min
