Stopped in after day on frigid Massanutten slopes and was very pleasantly surprised m. Tried their signature pulled pork sandwiches, kids had tenders meal. The fries were best I ve ever had, even strips were soft flaky and real unlike 98% of places you get em at. The line was long, an indicator of its popularity, but moving at a crisp rate and we had our order in no time. Loved their pulled pork, BBQ sauces. Fried green tomatoes were alright, had better but overwhelmingly the quality of food was spectacular and real. Their piggy was soft, juicy and tender, not dry and lifeless as we ve had at other places in south: I have another excuse to ski Massanutten so that I can stop in and try their ribs next. Their bean soup was phenomenal, the other we tried was a Brunswick that was just okay, definitely not bad but akin to a more natural chili. Overall very impressed with place and quaint little Gordonsville s delightful main street.
