Discrimination against us, unfair charges without final inspection, false advertising of the house, using lockbox without our knowledge, just too many issues. Our calls and emails are ignored. And the only justification we got for all these issues was, "I have always done this for 11 years, so I'll continue doing it" and "I am not a racist because once I had a non-white tenant who loved me." Okay.
