Horrible customer service. The door to door sales man never told about hidden costs. I signed up believing my bill would be low but the customer service lady told me I should have gone being standard user for lesser bill which I was not told. The sales guy did not tell us that switch from low to standard user will be charged if made 2nd time within 12 months. To top that off you have the worst customer care service. The reps dont have the basic manners to speak to customers. Whst sort of training do you give them?
Stop scamming people like this.I have requested to switch me from your acc to my old provider.
You will not grow if u have hidden charges n complicated bills with horrible customer service
