Beau Martin Review of Dick Hannah Dealerships

My wife has taken her brand new vehicle in to have it serviced at least twice where the dealership failed to correctly locate and resolve the cause.
The first time it would not start without significant effort (turn the key, chug-chug-chug-stop, chug-chug-chug then start process, this is for a brand new car). DH's service reps could see the problem and experienced it for themselves. Their service technicians however reported consistently that they could not find anything wrong. They eventually discovered it was a fuel pump problem and fixed it.
The second time the car would not start. Their service rep then put the car in neutral, rather than park, and they were able to get the car started. Unsurprisingly their service technicians were unable to find anything wrong with the vehicle yet again despite the service rep having had to take the care out of park and into neutral to get the car started.
We're currently consulting an attorney to determine what legal recourse is available to us. That it has come to our consulting an attorney is an indication in our experience of the the service available from this dealership.
Another reviewer reported that they "Liked my salesman, not a fan of the repair center." Beyond not liking them, we're going legal. It's that bad. My advice would be to steer clear of them. The difficulties of ownership over the life of the vehicle is a huge part of owning one of their vehicles.
