Listen through 5 minutes of automated prompts to get to the department I was trying to reach. Once I got there it said "we are experiencing a high level of calls, please call back at another time"... why not say that upfront if you aren't going to accept calls and why not let someone leave a message to get a call back if they don't have enough agents to pick up live calls.
