Customer service was very professional at check-in. We were offered a $60 / day extra for access to the M - Club for breakfast, snacks anytime, WiFi in the room, etc. We took it because we wanted breakfast in hotel and WiFi. But it's not worth it, IMO. In addition, parking at the hotel is vallet only, $40 flat rate per day and need to provide 30 min notice when you want your vehicle, somewhat ridiculous as a vallet service. So when you book, you end up with $100 per day extra for things normally included in most other hotels we have stayed at in the states.
