This positive review is a bit premature because our roofing project isn t scheduled to be done until spring of 2020, but I just have to share with others our recent experience with Pinnacle Roofing. Before I begin, let me say that I am a true believer that the success of any business starts with employees who love what they do, they are knowledgeable about the products they sell, they are honest, and they don t promise what cannot be delivered. Your Sales Representative Mr. David Morse is one of those people. He is professional, friendly, straightforward, and extremely courteous. He even took his shoes off at the front door before walking in the house! Of course he didn t have to do that, but it just demonstrated how respectful he was to us and our home. That alone impressed the heck out of me! David took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and he spent as much time with us as we needed. He provided the comfort and security we were looking for in a roofing company and he made us feel that our upcoming project is just as important to him as it is to us. David also did what none of the other 3 roofing companies we got quotes from did - he actually inspected inside the attic as well as the top of the roof of both the house and garage. One roofing company we had stop by didn t even bother to take the ladder off the truck to check the condition of the existing shingles. David on the other hand made absolutely sure to do a thorough inspection, inside and out. And he took plenty of photos within the attic and from on top of the roof, and then provided a link to the photos the very same day so that we could view them ourselves. No other roofing company came as close to doing as thorough an inspection as David did. By the time he backed out of the driveway to leave, we knew right then and there that Pinnacle Roofing would be our company of choice.
