If you look at the Google reviews from lowest to highest you ll see a very common theme throughout (poor customer service, unprofessional, and extremely slow in determining problem), I had the same experience. It s quite entertaining to read the owners responses to the negative reviews. Her messages have misused words, poor spelling and the grammar, plus absolutely no accountability for the poor service level. I wish I had read these reviews before ever dealing with this terrible company! What a gross waste of my time.
