Ordered vegetarian nachos which was mentioned on a meniu as an alternative to meaty toppings. My patner chose meaty toping for the same price. When food arrived I realised my vegetarian option is exactly the same as my partners but with no topping added. When I asked to get veggie haggis as a substitute ( as I pay the full price anyway) I was told due to their stock levels they would have to charge me extra. Ridiculous, keeping in mind I could have easilly asked them to substitute the meat for it in the first place, that being if they wouldnt scam their customers calling half a meal a vegetarian option. It's a small thing in the end of the day and food still tasted good, but the attitude and customer service was an absolute joke.
