Mr. Ahmed was my sales person, I got a 2016 Acura TLX from hear, he was so nice at first always promising things but later I find that he does not follow though.

My car only came with one key, because he said they missed placed the other. The Acura team members all said I will get it within 2weeks. I've been waiting to get it for 4months. Calling and calling, showing up time after time. Finally 5 months later they get tired of hearing from me so I'm hear, and they are making me my 2ed key.

Today date May 5, 2017 is the day I finally get my key, but when I walk in I'm siting by the front doors on the leather chair and some tall white red head lady came around, and started to be very disrespectful and loud to a employee in front of me. I'm hear to get a key I really DO NOT need to be hearing this as a customer. Some people hear have no manors nor respect towards the customers.
