You've been warned - DO NOT WORK WITH OR USE THIS COMPANY - RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! This is a horrible company. I had a transport this week - they mixed up the address of a customer for another, but gave him the correct file number. So we took the wrong person to an appointment. To make matters worst, Onecall is attempting to blame everyone else for their mistake. They will lie and tell you management is not there when you could have just spoke to a person in management. They will refuse to pay when they make a mistake - and you cannot speak to the customer resolution team - or accounts payable. You've been warned - DO NOT WORK WITH OR USE THIS COMPANY - RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
