Terrible customer service!!! We submitted a request for service via the website and received a confirmation email saying someone would call us shortly to confirm and schedule an appointment. No One Ever Called. So we called them, to again, request an appointment for Monday. The lady we spoke to said they were available Wednesday and we said we were going to call around instead since this situation can't wait. She insisted that she could get a technician out here by Tuesday at the latest. Since she sounded confident that they had time for us, we agreed and we were put on a 'list' for the day and would receive a phone call approximately 30 minutes before the technician arrives. No One Ever Called. We called back to see what happened to our appointment and a different lady said that the previous person that 'helped' us didn't submit a "second ticket" and that she could set us up with an appointment an entire week later! We obviously can't wait and the only thing that she could say to us is shes sorry and could schedule an appointment for 6 days from now..... No thanks.... Obviously prospective customers are of no importance, I can't imagine how they treat you once they've gotten your money
