This place is an "institute" in Dublin, apparently. The place looks nice, but that's all. There's often a queue, which is completely ridiculous for a mediocre tea or coffee. The shrimp-cocktail sauce sandwich was dry and tasteless. When I asked for more sauce or butter "it wasn't possible because it's made downstairs" - no clue what that means, but it doesn't sound good and didn't make it better.
Besides that it's terribly overpriced too. Do not go.
