I had my system installed 3 years ago. Now, I have had 3 service calls in the last 6 months. Water was leaking from my AC Unit and soaking the floor around my furnace. The first time someone came out, they ran a hanger through the drain pipe and said it needed to be cleaned.

That was around the very end of Summer and my AC unit wasn't used again until recently. It was overflowing with water far worse than before. When I called back to get someone out here - the price is $79.00 + the cost of parts and labor. So basically I am paying for a service call for the second time because it wasn't fixed the first time. The person "Mike" on the phone didn't seem to care: "Okay... we'll have someone out this afternoon".

Use another company. I promise you'll be sorry if you go with Holland Heating and Cooling
