I didn t have an issue with the staff or the room....

I didn t have an issue with the staff or the room. My biggest problem was I was NEVER disclosed in an email or by word of mouth that I would be charged an additional $50.00 on top of the regular fee for the room. I do not frequently get hotel rooms so no one should EVER assume someone know this information. In conclusion to that, I left enough money in my account for that to go through as well as another pending transaction BUT I got an over draft fee because of their mistake. They didn t want to take any responsibility for it. As if they don t have enough money.. rediculous and I won t go back because they won t make their staff take the wrap for not telling someone what their charging their card for.
