I will agree that the customer service is dreadful...

I will agree that the customer service is dreadful. It's clear that Hall's concern is not to keep customers happy, but to make a sale and keep it moving. I ask to speak to a manager, an I get pushed to a voicemail with not even the courtesy of a heads up. Top it off no call back either. It's not like I called to complain, bought my car brand new not even two months ago and twice my check engine light has come on. Save yourself the headache and go to Checkered Flag or any where else!
