If I could leave no stars I would, absolutely the worst experience and I already own a chevy. I recieved a phone asking if I would be willing to sell my volt back to Chevy, after talking it through with the phone agent I agreed to go down and see what the details would be. When I first pulled up there was a sales rep with a customer right out front where I had stopped and put my window do to ask for directions, now I understand that he has a customer already but it's not hard to point a finger. I was completely ignored and decided I would drive around and see if I could find any signs. I found Sal another sales rep. I told him why I was there and he told me he wouldnt know who my appointment was with and how the phone call is part of the buy back program. I said oh ok well I'm still curious cause I didnt have a bad experience buying my Chevy the first time but it was not with them. Sal was more interested in trying to get me to look at cars then buying mine back first. They offered me something that is only half of my loan and kept low calling it until I said no all together. Finally they offered me more than the min I was requesting. Great right? No cause now the car sal had me looking at was sold. Well now I'm think about if I want to think about a different car, take a break and use the restroom. When I come back sal finally comes back to me and says, the Corolla iv been looking at is back for sale because the couple who put a deposit on it couldnt get financed for it. Ok so that means they are gonna give me a fair amount on my traid in and for the car iv been looking at. Let's go some paper work! Sal wrote down my number wrong then scribbled it out to try again but it just looked a mess and he said hahah I cant even read that.. well thats Run my credit all is good but they cant print the contract cause it was listed as sold to someone else just before that. They spent a good amount of time trying and mind you sal never would come back right away he would disappear and hang out around the corner in the office but would never come and wait with me. At this point I'm reassured that the car is mine, I have been approved and they just cant print the contract. To come back tomorrow with my car which I was teasingly told not to get in a wreck because I'm already under got the other car and they "have" mine. Well the next day around noon I'm thinking hmmm they should need pay stubs and proff of residencey wondery why sal has not called me.. so around 4 I decided to call him. He laughs and say i tried to call you but i wrote the number down wrong. (It was clear on the other papers so he could have gotten it) ok well what's going on? Oh you need pay stubs, ok I'll send them right now via email. I'm off at 5 I'll still be there at 6:30. I got stuck late at work with something very important and finally left about 6:20 and I'm far so I tried to call.. no answer, so I send a text, he responded with " I havent got a call from the bank" I'm like what does that mean cause it's all done we are just finalizing everything. At that point I tried to call, he forwarded my call.. and responded with "just wait till we get something from the bank we will let you know". So again I tried to cal and he forwarded me. I thought we are already done, I send a long text explaining that I gave up OT and left a mess to deal with the next day because I thought we were finished and just papers and swapping cars.... no I call in and they can find my information, I had got another text saying I need a co signer.. I wanna know whys going on, while looking for my information I hear sjual tell the man on the phone "just tell her I'll call her tomorrow thats enough" so I'm left with no answers and no car... the end I'm told that I will need a cosigner to continue and told that Chevy doesnt need or want my car but again its automated and they dont know why they have this buy back program "it's more trouble than its worth". This is the worst experience iv ever had buying a car, be careful.
