Came here for our daughter... she loved the water park and playground. Other than that... this place is just ok. Asked for a room cleaning - came back to a dirty room with towels replaced. Our daughters Pajama shirt was accidentally taken in the pile of dirty linens. When calling to try to get it back, the best they could do was send an email because god forbid they ever pick up their phone. Booked two massages at the Nordic spa - was not informed that access to the other spa amenities was closed for cleaning immediately following my massage making it a $200 massage with no access to other things. When I attempted to speak to management at the spa regarding this - again good luck getting through on the phone. Had so many friends ask us where this cool water park was that we went to but likely won t be referring any visitors here or coming back.
