The first complimentary new car service was scheduled for me and I was notified via email. That was nice. The service time was 1 1/2 hours that I had to wait until my car was available. That wasn't too long. The problem was that I brought my car in clean and completely detailed two days before and they returned it to me with windshield marks from turning on the wipers and yellow grease pencil on the tires from the tire rotation. Now I have to get my car cleaned once again because they didn't clean up the mess they made. I didn't expect that kind of service. Will definitely not be going back to them. Longo is much more diligent about customer service satisfaction. They would have cleaned the windows and tires before giving the car back.
