Very responsible costumer service. They always follow up your problems till it get solved. My modem stopped working for no reasons, and they sent me a new one for free!
I m living in an area with lots of construction projects going on atm, and every time something affected my NBN internet, they checked it with the NBN company and myself accordingly to solve it completely. I never had any unsolved problems with this company.
