We lost our hotel card on 15/2 at 9.30pm & directe...

We lost our hotel card on 15/2 at 9.30pm & directed to B2 Car park Mgmt office & there were no body. We were made waited for 15 mins n later on another 5 mins. We were made waited for almost 1 hour is unable to exit the hotel. This is very ridiculous as it happened to 5 star hotel. This is very disappointing & horrible service ever! Although it is outsource yet it is not on par at all! Omg what is the difference with a no star hotel..
