I was worried about security on this device - PX6 ...

I was worried about security on this device - PX6 for 2010 Ford Raptor. So, I put a pin lock on it in settings. Rebooted and it locked me out of the unit. Had to remote wipe it with "find my device". Then it did a COMPLETED reset with no settings preserved from the factory. I should have backed up thebsettings first on a thumb drive. Luckily Phoenix Automotive Tech support had an opening the next day. It was scheduled in less than an hour. Roger helped get me all set up again. It's working great. I love the unit!!
