My family and I have been loyal BMW customers for many years. I am on my BMW 15th now! We have worked with BMW of San Antonio for two decades, and I have to say, by far and away the most professional, consummate, and committed services writer I have ever worked with is Danny. This brilliant young man has an impeccable and personal commitment to only the greatest standards attainable. More than any other factor is a true and deep caring attitude toward his customers and a desire for nothing less that leaving there completely satisfied.

Quality customer service is as important or even more important than the service or product that which you are receiving. As a decorated combat wounded veteran and honorably retired member of our armed forces, I feel that I am given the true red carpet treatment by Danny and his team.

I wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you to Danny and his incredible commitment of service to every one of his customers.

This place is almost like gravity...you just can t stay away...not too mention a giant candy store!
