Decided to get my 2018 Tiguan, serviced from Southgate Volkswagen. When I purchased the car the sales manager and other staff informed us that the vehicle needs to be serviced every 15,000 KM. I sent it in for a service at 13,000km and after my service I drove the vehicle 5,000km, normal day to day city driving. The vehicle kept saying "low oil" and when I got it checked out from my mechanic he told me that the previous service provider put less oil. When I called Southgate Volkswagen the manager Ronda argued with me over the phone that my vehicle needs to be serviced every 7500km when the VW Canada website and owners manual clearly states 15,000km. I wasted my money and time with VW Southgate and received 1 litre of free oil after being argued with on the phone to pay for it. Ronda was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with, zero to none professionalism and when I asked to submit a complaint I was bluntly denied and was told to find a number online and make a complaint. I will never be bringing my vehicle here again and I would recommend to everybody not to waste there money at this unprofessional and coward place.
