Staff were very friendly and helpful including the lovely maintenance/ground keeper who was working in the gardens on our way to breakfast and greeted us warmly. The place has a very nice ambience very welcoming. Love the decor and cleanliness of the rooms we stayed in especially how comfortable and warm the beds were. enjoyed our first 2 days in Queenstown, Views are amazing we stayed in the lake view rooms 603 and 604 both had 2 x Queenbeds in each room, food was good. Love that they had Nutella spread for the kids for breakfast. Its such a family friendly hotel and that is why we will choose to stay with Holiday Inn our home away from home.
