Real problems!! Service on car is god awful. Still here after 3 and a half hours to have rotors "resurfaced". *I showed up at 12:15* More than likely warped rotors but they seem to not know anything. Was told it was up next, but found out that it was taken to the dealership next door.

Update @ 5:45 pm: I go to next door dealership to see if my truck was done. It was never worked on. In fact it wasnt brought to the next door dealership until after 5. The truck was never serviced after I was told it would take no more than 2 hours for this to be done. Very unlikely I return to get work done that was PROMISED by a salesman if noises and vibration from tires continued. Very unprofessional after I purchased a $24,000 vehicle not even two weeks ago from Wilde.
